Does staying at home to work or parent create a lack of discipline, focus, and self-care in your life? Whether you’re a creative freelancer, entrepreneur or stay-at-home mom, it can be seriously hard to carve out space for your own wellbeing and health. I understand because I’ve been there (as both a parent and a work-from-home business owner) and I needed to make a change to balance my life, gain more energy, unleash creativity and make my health a priority. And my goal is to help you do it too!

The Health Bloom program gives you the keys to wellness in an encouraging, supported environment with me as your coach–in small increments over 10 weeks you’ll be learning rituals that will improve your life!

This 10 week course will help general ease of living, create habits for getting better sleep, explore the creative process, jump start your wellness and set a growth mindset for your best self!

THIS WORKSHOP IS OFFERED IN PORTLAND, OREGON AND ONLINE! The course includes one on one coaching, recorded lessons, worksheets and lots and lots of information, including Ayurvedic practice, herbalism, yoga theory, and create a community for your continued wellness.
