Why Do I Love this Book?
Dr. Vasant Lad is a smart dude, and this short reference guide covers all the aspects of basic Ayurvedic understanding in easy to read charts and lists. So if you are looking to understand your dosha, the 6 taste and your digestive system, this is a good book. Why Do I Love this Book?
For my friends that feel things deeply, this is an amazing goal setting book based on the power of how what you’re doing makes you feel. It is filled with inspiring quotes, applicable exercises, and outlines for goal setting in a really good-feeling fueled way. I go through this book every January to help get into what I want for the coming year.

Why Do I Love this Book?
This is my other current favorite goal setting book. Laying it out in a super concrete and applicable way, this book is inspiring and helped me to self-generate accountability for the nitty gritty of running my own business.
